Not clean , the foods not good at all and not taste , chefs need more training and the housekeeping too needs more training

Great property and also a weekend gateway for Mumbaikers. Excellent view. Breakfast and lunch spread was good and delicious. Customer service is good. Location is good.

The highway view has mountain background too. The hotel & rooms are well kept and the location is good too. The deluxe rooms are spacious, worth the upgrade.

Amazing breakfastGreat staff

Bad isolation and my room was very noisy even in the end of the corridor on the 3th floor! The noise came from outside, from 4th floor and from lobby. Despite that I asked for very quiet room.

Luxurious comfort, stunning views, and impeccable service, the view of the waterfall was the best from the room window thanks to the team for the upgrade. the Stay went nice all the services were up to the mark.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Navi Mumbai and it was truly delightful. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, creating a warm atmosphere. My room was impeccably clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast spread was fantastic with a great variety of options. The hotel’s location is also ideal for both leisure and business travelers. I highly recommend this hotel

The stay was comfortable, the stay was nice, and had a healthy environment. The staff was also polite. the people at the Reception were the ones I talked about regarding the stay and they helped a lot when we got there. This place was easily accessible for us from the Mumbai-Satara highway so getting here was also not a big issue.

We had one of our best time here, the location was good, lots of fast food outlets around, the room was spacious and comfortable, and we were happy with the room cleaning. the breakfast has good spread with live counters..

I had an amazing time in The Park. The hotel was very well located, and the employees were really helpful. It's worth mentioning the folks from the front desk, Nandini & Kaushal, who assisted me with all my needs during the stay. The food there was also great, as was the room, which was really cozy. I definitely recommend the hotel..

nothing to be shared all services from breakfast to the room to the staff was nice .

Buffet breakfast was extensive , with lots of vegetarian options spread across multiple cuisines. The breakfast menu changed regularly during our 4 nights stay.Staff was super friendly and highly accommodating. Rooms are spacious and chic.Bed is quite comfy.Centrally located in a quaint neighborhood, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the city.Bengaluru expressway is a few minutes' drive, so the place is best suited for traveling to Imagicaa amusement park, Khopoli, and to Lonavala. In all a great stay

Good staff.

Some gym equipment was not functional.Beds could have better mattresses.A bit pricey for its location.

Good hotel and welcoming staff , good location and value for money .
